Independent web engineering — Antalya → Seoul

One engineer. Zero handoffs.

I've spent ten years building sites and software for service businesses — many of them Turkish-owned, across the US and Europe. No account managers, no ticket queues. You talk to the person who writes the code, and it ships in days.

Three things I'm good at. That's the list.

001

Websites that sell

Design and build, by hand, no page builders. You get a fast site that turns visitors into phone calls — a typical job runs five to nine days from kickoff to live, and you watch it happen on a staging link.

5–9 days · Design + code
002

Software & apps

Booking flows, CRM dashboards, iOS and Android apps — the unglamorous internal tools that give you your Sundays back. Scoped as deliverables with a flat fee, never billed by the hour.

003

Rescues & security

Hacked WordPress, eleven-second load times, a developer who vanished — I take over, harden the server, and rebuild what's rotten. Most rescues are wrapped up inside a week.

Day 1

We talk

You tell me what the business needs. Thirty minutes, no slide deck, and you get a flat price before we hang up.

Day 2–8

I build, you watch

Everything happens on a live staging link you can open anytime. Change your mind mid-week? Tell me — I'm the whole change-request department.

Day 9

Launch

DNS flips, the site goes live, and I stay on the line while the first real visitors hit it.

After

I stick around

Hosting, fixes, small changes. You have my email, not a ticket number. Most clients from year one are still here.

"Estimates used to come by phone only. Now the site books them while we're on a job site."

James T. — Floorxman

"He rebuilt in six days what our old agency quoted three months for. And he answers his own email."

Michael Bacak — Bacak LLC

"Thousands of SKUs moved online and nothing got lost. I still don't know how one person did it."

Barry W. — Barry's Power Equipment

"First lead came in the same week we launched. In Turkish, which our old site couldn't even display."

Things people ask me.

Really. Ten years in, I've built everything from restaurant sites to inventory systems. What you lose in headcount you gain in speed: no meetings about meetings, no junior learning on your budget, no telephone game between designer and developer.

Templates are slow, they all look like each other, and they break the moment you need something they didn't plan for. I write the code myself — it loads fast, passes Core Web Vitals, and does exactly what your business needs. Nothing more, nothing missing.

I keep a library of parts I've refined over ten years, and I don't burn time on approval chains. A standard business site takes five to nine days. Online stores and custom software take longer — I'll tell you exactly how long before we start.

A flat fee, quoted after our first call, based on what we're building. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. You pay for the outcome, and you know the number before I write a line.

I don't disappear. Hosting, security updates, small changes — covered by a simple monthly plan if you want it. When something needs fixing, you email me and I fix it. That's the whole workflow.

Not to your project. I've worked with US and European clients from Antalya for years — the timezone shift means your requests are often done while you sleep. The staging link works the same from anywhere.

Let's talk.

Tell me what the business needs. You'll get a flat price after one call, and most sites are live within days of kickoff.
